Credit Reports

Cal Coast Credit Reports utilizes one of the most advanced state-of-the-art credit reporting technologies available. Our program provides our customers from all sectors with a high level of automation and flexibility. Our system allows for easy, safe and secure access through the Internet after successful user and password identification. You will then have the ability to order, view, and print reports 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our extensive database will store all your completed reports so that you can retrieve them at a later time at your convenience. Our unmatched system is your vehicle leading toward greater success.

Our reports consist of data from all three credit repositories (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion). When a tri-merge report is ordered from our system, it goes through a sophisticated merging process to bring back the most updated data while filtering out duplicate and redundant information. The result is a clean, easy to read credit report with the most updated information.

Our reports are recognized and accepted by most of the lenders in the industry. This eliminates the need for these lenders to pull a new report. Reports can easily be uploaded and re-issued to the lenders website, saving you money and preserving the borrower’s credit scores. Moreover, our system is compatible with Calyx Point, Encompass, e-Magic, and many other Loan Origination Programs.

Our reports can be customized to your preference at no costs. Our system allows you to add a borrower to an existing credit report, remove a borrower, or swap the two borrowers, and still give you the ability to re-issue the report to the lender without having to pull a new report. Again, saving you money and preserving the borrower’s credit scores.

Cal Coast Credit Reports produces its reports according to the standards and underwriting guidelines of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA.

Our standard reports consist of the most current data from the three national credit bureaus Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
